Microwave and freezer safe, allowing you to use heat or cold therapy as needed. Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds for heat therapy, or chill in the freezer for at least 2 hours for cold therapy. The gel retains elasticity when frozen. Easy to clean and reusable.
